For cancellations requests received prior to July 24 2026, full refund will be granted minus a 10% administrative fee so long as you can find a replacement person to take your spot.

For cancellation received between July 24, 2026, and the tour date of October 25, 2026, no refund will be granted. For this reason, we require all participants to secure comprehensive  insurance that covers cancellation, trip interruption and medical needs, as noted in detail in Section 6. You will be asked to provide proof of such travel insurance policy.

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

Should members of a group cancel their participation, we will not apply their deposits to the balance due from other group members.

Company Cancellations

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to severe weather, safety concerns, insufficient participation, vendor closures, guide illness, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

If the Company cancels a tour, guests will be offered a rescheduled date, tour credit or full refund.

The Company is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by guests, including transportation, airfare, lost luggage costs, or other travel costs to and from tour destination.

4. Tour Modifications

Tour routes, stops, food tastings, restaurant partners, guides, and itineraries may change without prior notice due to availability, holidays, operational issues, or other circumstances.

The Company reserves the right to substitute comparable food tastings, locations, or experiences when necessary.

The Company is not responsible for extra costs caused by delays or cancellation of air, road, or other means of travel due to bad weather conditions, civil or government strikes, clients’ sickness or any case of force majeure.

5. Dietary Restrictions and Food Allergies

All meals on our tours are served exclusively at establishments operating under recognized kosher supervision, including Beth Din de Paris (Consistoire), Chabad/Lubavitch, Rav Rottenberg (KYP), Rav Katz, and Cha’are Hashalom Vehatsedek. We carefully select our partners to ensure that every dining experience meets established kosher standards while showcasing the best of Parisian cuisine.

The tour assumes all participants eat fish and meat, but there will be vegetarian options at all program tastings, classes and meals, though there may not always be a vegetarian main course offered at every program.

We strive to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions when possible; however, we cannot guarantee that any food item will be free from allergens or cross-contamination.

Guests are solely responsible for:

  • informing the Company of dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking,

  • verifying ingredients directly with food vendors when appropriate, and contact information will be provided to you upon request, and

  • carrying any necessary medications, including epinephrine auto-injectors.

Participation in food tastings is voluntary and at the Guest’s own risk. Guests will be asked to fill out and sign a Food Allergy Disclosure form once the deposit is received.

The Company shall not be liable for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or other food-related issues arising from participation in a tour. We reserve the right to deny a Guest’s participation in the tour if, in our sole judgement, we cannot safely accommodate the Guest’s allergies.

6. Assumption of Risk & Insurance

Guests understand that tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to walking on uneven sidewalks, streets, stairs, and historic surfaces, injury during wellness classes, weather exposure, traffic hazards, slips, trips, and falls, foodborne illness, alcohol consumption, and interactions with third-party vendors and public spaces.

By participating, Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Guests must purchase Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption Insurance and have insurance that covers medical needs that could arise during the trip. Not all health insurance policies apply to insureds who travel abroad. Check your policy to determine the extent of coverage and arrange additional coverage as needed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you become sick while traveling and cannot continue the trip, you will not receive any refunds from the Company.

Trip Cancellation Insurance should cover you if you get sick prior to the start of your trip or if for any reason you can no longer participate in the trip. Trip Interruption insurance should cover expenses associated with any kind of personal medical issue that may interrupt your trip while in a foreign country.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport is up to date and valid within 6 months from the date they return to their home country. Participants will also need to apply for ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System), which is an electronic travel authorization required for visa-exempt visitors entering 30 European countries for short-term stays. This can be done at the airport upon arrival.

7. Medical and Physical Fitness

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating in a walking food tour.

Tours may involve extended walking, fitness classes, standing for cooking classes, evening programs, stairs, uneven terrain, crowded public areas, and varying weather conditions.

Guests are responsible for their own medical care, medications, and insurance coverage.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons, including disruptive, unsafe, or intoxicated behavior.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guests release and hold harmless Seasonal & Sacred Tours, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, guides, affiliates, and partners from all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in any tour or related activity, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Guest for the applicable tour.

9. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol will be served on tours. Guests consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age, may be required to present valid identification, and are expected to consume responsibly.

The Company reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or remove intoxicated or disruptive participants from a tour without refund.

10. Accessibility

Please contact us before booking to discuss accessibility needs or mobility concerns.

While we strive to accommodate guests whenever possible, certain historic neighborhoods, restaurants, cooking class venues, and routes may present accessibility limitations.

11. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, vendors, fellow participants, and the public.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is: unsafe, abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, intoxicated, or unlawful.

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

12. Photography and Media Release

During tours, photographs and video may be taken for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

By participating, Guests grant the Company permission to use their likeness without compensation unless the Guest provides written notice requesting exclusion prior to the tour.

13. Third-Party Vendors

Restaurants, food vendors, transportation providers, and other third parties are independent businesses and are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, food preparation, or conduct of third-party vendors.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or participation in a tour shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Maryland.
