Why Paris, Why Now

In 1995, I moved to Paris to enroll in a French pastry degree program, an experience that changed my life and sparked a lifelong love affair with the city. I became a pastry chef, and although my career later took me around the world—teaching cooking and baking and writing five kosher cookbooks—I always found my way back to Paris.

Over the years, I’ve watched Paris’s kosher culinary scene transform. What was once a city with very few kosher culinary experiences has become a destination with an exciting and increasingly sophisticated food scene.

But I noticed something was still missing: there were virtually no kosher cooking classes where you could experience French food by actually learning to make it.

So we created them.

I want to share the Paris I’ve loved for more than 30 years with you—not simply by taking you to wonderful places to eat, but by inviting you into the kitchen. You’ll learn the fundamentals of French cooking and baking, discover some of the best kosher food Paris has to offer, and experience the city through its food and culture.

And because a truly memorable journey should nourish more than your appetite, we’ve woven wellness experiences throughout the trip—giving you time to care for your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

This is Paris as I know and love it: beautiful, delicious, creative, and deeply nourishing.
